Policy

Ordering:

Phone in your order to our customer service department by 3:30pm Monday - Friday and your order will be processed the same day.

Method of Payment:

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card for regular shipments.

Shipping:

We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS every weekday and the appropriate Zone and Weight shipping charges in, oversized packages and insurance will be added to all orders.  The map below is to be used as an estimate only. Actual shipping times can vary depending on weather conditions.

Return Policy:

All returned merchandise must be pre-approved by calling the customer service department and requesting a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returns must be freight prepaid with the items in original packaging and in condition to be sold as new. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be allowed on special orders merchandise or items without a RGA number.

The products sold by KMJ Performance are manufactured for Racing, Off Road Use and Specialized Street Rod Applications. The purchaser recognizes that these parts may be exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Therefore, KMJ Performance makes no warranties either expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect the purchaser or ultimate user from injury or death. Shortages:

Check over your invoice thoroughly and make sure all the items that are marked shipped on the invoice are in your package. When orders need to be packaged in multiple boxes they may not always be delivered the same day. Save all packaging materials and examine the package for damage if you are short any items. If items appear to be lost due to damage, contact the carrier immediately. When shortages appear to be from mis-shipment, KMJ Performance must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery to assure prompt replacement. KMJ Performance assumes no liability after this period.

Warranty Claims:

When items having a manufacturers warranty are being returned for a possible warranty credit, the manufacturer, NOT KMJ Performance, will determine if such warranty credit or warranty repair will be approved. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for the manufacturer to examine the product.
