Q: Why Does My Order Say Unpaid?

Your order may say unpaid initially because we manually go through and look at all transactions before we make the transaction "final." This is just a safety provision for the time being.

Q: Why Didn't I Get a Confirmation E-Mail?

You will typically not get an immediate confirmation e-mail due to the fact that we are manually going through and approving the transactions as stated above - you will get a e-mail when your order has shipped and a tracking number for your order is made available to us.

If there is indeed a problem with your order or payment we always follow up with our customers to make sure every one is on the same page.
